How much are the shipping fees?

Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders.

What is the shipping time? When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on the location, the product will reach you within 6 to 10 business days. We are a young company with a growing number of orders, and we strive to shorten delivery times.

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, and Diners Club.

Can I make changes to or cancel an order I've placed?

You can make changes to your order or cancel it within up to 24 hours of placement. We often ship very quickly, sometimes in just a few hours. Please request any order changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Once an order ships, even if within a few hours of ordering, we can no longer edit or cancel it. At that point you must receive the item before requesting a return or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

To process a refund, items must be returned intact, unworn, undamaged, and with the tags attached.

We are not responsible if the buyer did not consult the size chart.

Faulty & damaged goods

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your faulty item. We strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service, but unfortunately, human error can occur.

We would like to make it right by offering you the option to either receive a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at support@yukiwear.com to initiate the return process and if you have any questions or concerns.

No need to return the damaged item received. Simply take a photograph/video and send it to support@yukiwear.com. Once we receive the photograph/video, we will issue a replacement or refund.

When will I receive the returned payment?

Once received the returned items, we will endeavor to process the refund within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refundable balance to appear within your bank account – this time period is dictated by your bank and is out of our control.

Care instructions

To keep your item in good condition, hand washing is recommended. However, it can also be machine-washed on a short, gentle cycle at 30°C. Never use bleach, an iron, or a dryer.
