All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@yukiwear.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to action it before dispatch. Customers in the EU and UK keep their statutory right to withdraw from the order — see our Withdrawal Policy.

Yūkiwear only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@yukiwear.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
