SECTION 20 - NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS & RETURNS

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the recipient’s unavailability, or any other reason beyond our control, the package may be returned to the sender. However, since our fulfillment center is located in Asia, returned packages are not recoverable and are automatically disposed of by the carrier.

In such cases, the customer is not eligible for a refund as the package is irretrievable. However, we offer the possibility of re-shipping the order at the customer’s expense. If you wish to have your order reshipped, please contact our support team and provide a reliable delivery address where the package can be successfully received.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address details or the recipient’s absence. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided address is accurate and accessible during delivery attempts.

Customers are fully responsible for any customs procedures or fees related to returning their items. We do not cover, process, or handle any customs duties, taxes, or administrative costs associated with returns. Before sending back a product, it is the customer's responsibility to check and comply with all applicable regulations and costs for their country.

For all returns, customers must provide a valid tracking number so that we can monitor the shipment and ensure proper delivery. Returns sent without a tracking number are done at the customer's own risk.

If the returned items do not reach us for any reason, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
