Na štítku je asijská velikost, obvykle o číslo vyšší, než jste objednali (objednaná L může mít na štítku XL). To je v pořádku.

Poštovné za vrácení hradíte vy; posílejte prosím se sledováním zásilky.
Špatný kus, poškození nebo špatně zaslaná velikost: vyměníme zdarma.
Peníze vrátíme zhruba do 10 pracovních dnů od přijetí, nebo vám dáme dárkovou kartu s hodnotou o 15 % vyšší.
Navíc vám zůstává zákonné právo odstoupit od smlouvy do 14 dnů.

Naše kusy jsou spíš menší. Když váháte mezi dvěma velikostmi, vezměte větší. Nejste si jistí? Napište nám výšku, váhu a obvod pasu, odpovídáme Po–Pá.

Jak dlouho trvá doručení?

13–21 pracovních dnů od objednávky, většina zásilek dorazí zhruba za 2½–3 týdny. Doprava zdarma se sledováním, ze Šen-čenu (Čína).

Budu platit clo nebo poplatky?

Ne. Clo je v ceně, při převzetí nic nedoplácíte.

Co když mi nebude sedět?

Máte 14 dnů od doručení na vrácení, nenošené a se štítkem. Poštovné za vrácení hradíte vy. Pokud jsme poslali špatnou velikost, vyměníme ji zdarma.

Stihne to Vánoce?

Když objednáte do 25. listopadu, ano – to je naše nejdelší dodací lhůta 21 pracovních dnů. Potom už Štědrý den slíbit nemůžeme.

Je to licencované anime zboží?
