SHIPPING POLICY

All Yūkiwear orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Shenzhen, China, using a tracked shipping service.

Shipping is free on every order. No code is needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout, and import duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

How long delivery takes

Please allow for both stages below:

• Processing and handling: 3–7 business days
• Delivery after dispatch: 10–14 business days
• Total: approximately 13–21 business days from the day you place your order

These times apply to every country we ship to. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates.

Where we ship

Free shipping, 10–14 business days after dispatch, to: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Business days

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, email support@yukiwear.com within 5 business days with photos of the damage and we will resolve it.

Cancelling your order
