Size & fit
The label shows an Asian size, usually one size up from what you ordered (an L can be labelled XL). That's normal.
Several verified buyers say our pieces run small and a little short. Our advice: between two sizes, take the larger one.
How to measure: lay a pair that fits you well flat and measure the waist (straight across, ×2) and the length from waist to hem.

Most orders arrive in about 2½–3 weeks. We don't offer express shipping. You get the tracking number by email.
Returns
- 14 days from delivery, unworn and with tags.
- You pay the return postage; please send it tracked.
- Wrong item, damage or wrong size sent: we replace it for free.
- Refund within about 10 business days of receipt, or a gift card worth 15% more.
- Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as well.
Who's behind Yūkiwear
Yūkiwear is run by WAJ Limited in Hong Kong. We ship from our fulfilment warehouse in Shenzhen, China: not from Japan, and we don't claim otherwise. What you get: a focused collection of Japan-inspired everyday clothing, free shipping with duties included, 14-day returns and email support Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (CET).

Which size should I take?
Our pieces tend to run small. Between two sizes, take the larger one. Not sure? Send us your height, weight and waist and we'll reply Mon–Fri.
How long does delivery take?
13–21 business days from your order; most parcels arrive in about 2½–3 weeks. Free and tracked, from Shenzhen (China).
Do I pay customs or fees?
No. Duties are included in the price; you pay nothing on delivery.
How does “Buy 2, get 1 free” work?
Put any three items in your cart and the cheapest comes off automatically, no code. With six items, the two cheapest are free.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it, unworn and with tags. You pay the return postage. If we sent the wrong size, we replace it for free.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
If you order by 25 November, yes: that's our longest delivery time of 21 business days. After that we can't promise Christmas Eve.
Is this anime merch?
No. Our clothing is Japan-inspired everyday wear, without licensed characters.
