La etiqueta lleva talla asiática, normalmente una más que la que pediste (una L puede venir etiquetada como XL). Es normal.

Nuestras prendas vienen algo justas. Si dudas entre dos tallas, coge la mayor. ¿No lo tienes claro? Escríbenos tu altura, peso y cintura y te contestamos de lunes a viernes.

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar?

De 13 a 21 días hábiles desde el pedido; la mayoría llega en unas 2½–3 semanas. Envío gratis y con seguimiento, desde Shenzhen (China).

¿Tengo que pagar aduanas?

No. Las aduanas están incluidas en el precio; no pagas nada al recibirlo.

¿Y si no me queda bien?

Tienes 14 días desde la entrega para devolverlo, sin usar y con la etiqueta. El envío de vuelta lo pagas tú. Si te mandamos la talla equivocada, te lo cambiamos gratis.

¿Llega para Navidad?

Si haces el pedido antes del 25 de noviembre, sí: es nuestro plazo máximo de 21 días hábiles. Después no podemos garantizar Nochebuena.

¿Es merchandising de algún anime?
