Depending on the location, the product will reach you within 6 to 10 business days. We are a young company with a growing number of orders, and we strive to shorten delivery times.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, starting with shipment from your postal office to our warehouse for inspection. Refunds can be issued either to a digital gift card (with a 15% bonus), which is the fastest option (2-3 business days after processing), or to your original payment method, which typically takes 7-10 business days. You’ll receive email notifications once your return is processed and the refund is issued.

PRODUCTS

We advise you to check the size guide on each product page. You can find this by clicking on "size guide" which is located just above the add to cart button. By doing so, you will find the perfect size for you.

To keep your item in good condition, hand washing is recommended. However, it can also be machine-washed on a short, gentle cycle at 30°C. Never use bleach, an iron, or a dryer.

Once your gift card or voucher has been successfully applied, continue with the checkout process as usual. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, here are a few steps you can take:

Check Your Delivery Location: Double-check the delivery address to ensure that it was entered correctly when placing the order. Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a neighbor, front desk, or a different location on your property.

Look for Delivery Notes: Check for any delivery notes left by the carrier. Sometimes, carriers leave packages in secure locations or with a receptionist if you're not available to receive the delivery.

To avoid similar issues in the future, double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Ensure all details, including apartment numbers, street names, and postal/ZIP codes, are accurate.
